ERPNext for PT. Docil Berkah Abadi
(The problem)
Company operations relied on fragmented spreadsheets and manual record keeping across HR, warehouse, and finance.
Payroll calculation and employee attendance tracking created bottlenecks and synchronization errors.
Management lacked centralized, real-time visibility into inventory levels and financial workflows.
(What I did)
Mapped the business process end to end across HR, warehouse, and finance departments.
Configured ERPNext from scratch to match operational workflows for roughly 51 users.
Replaced spreadsheet payroll with automatic fingerprint attendance synchronization.
Presented the system to management and handed over the remaining modules.
(Result)
ERPNext was set up to support the company's HR, warehouse, and finance workflows.
Spreadsheet payroll was replaced with automated fingerprint synchronization.
The implementation was carried through the Oct 2025 – Jan 2026 timeline.
